Are you a family member or friend advising a loved one about health insurance options – or helping someone access care?

You’re not alone.  We’re here to assist you through the process.  As a member designee – no matter where you live – you can access our Healthcare Concierge service. (Written permission from the member is required.)

Among other things, our Healthcare Concierge service can:

  • Help you find a doctor or specialist for the member
  • Provide assistance in scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate the claims and billing process
  • Look up medications
  • Address immediate concerns
  • Assist with other healthcare questions that help you as a member designee.

Become a Member Designee

We want to help you care for your loved ones and protect our member’s privacy as well. That’s why we require member authorization to designate someone to inquire about a member’s health benefits. It’s easy to do: Members can provide a verbal authorization, send an email, fax or mail a statement of authorization. The member’s healthcare concierge will call the member and confirm authorization.
